Terms of Service

Please review these Terms of Service before using applications provided by Aldian Apps (including Transcribe Copilot, Journal, Interview Copilot, Tetangga, and associated PWAs).

1.Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any application on aldianapps.com and its subdomains (including transcribe.aldianapps.com, journal.aldianapps.com, copilot.aldianapps.com, and tetangga.aldianapps.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the applications.

2.Architecture & Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) Model

Aldian Apps operates on a client-side, privacy-first, serverless architecture. You understand and acknowledge that:

Applications provide client-side user interfaces that connect directly from your browser to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Groq, OpenAI, OpenRouter) or local endpoints using API keys you provide.
You are solely responsible for managing your own API keys, adhering to the respective third-party provider's Terms of Service, and paying any API usage charges incurred on your provider accounts.
Aldian Apps never transmits, proxies, or stores your API keys on centralized servers. All keys are encrypted and stored solely within your local browser storage.

3.Google Drive Integration & User Data Sovereignty

Applications with Google Drive synchronization (such as Transcribe Copilot and Journal) connect directly to your personal Google Drive account via Google Identity Services (GIS). All document synchronization occurs directly between your client browser and Google Drive API endpoints. You retain complete ownership, sovereignty, and control over your files, recordings, and journal entries.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the applications to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Process audio, video, or confidential records without proper consent or authorization from all involved parties.
Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or client-side cryptographic vaults of the applications.

5.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALDIAN APPS OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATIONS.

6.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
